Course Overview
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is the core component on a Voice infrastructure responsible for call processing for all voice devices (e.g. IP Phone, voice gateway, etc).
In this training series we will teach you the concepts, design aspects with best practices, and how to deploy Cisco Unified Communications Manager as a solution step-by-step to support SCCP and SIP endpoints. You will learn about the critical components, considerations, troubleshooting, and other valuable resources to manage your IP telephony network effectively with reporting capabilities. Some of the video labs will include such topics from installing CUCM on VMware ESXi, configuring a remote site enabled for SRST, enabling hunt groups with call queuing, using SIP trunking with your voice gateway, to adding a Subscriber server into our cluster among other topics (seen under ‘Lessons’).
