Course Overview
Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) is a messaging solution that provides Voice Mail and Unified Messaging for Voice IP communications (using Cisco Unified Communications Manager).
In this training series we will teach you the concepts, design aspects with best practices, and how to deploy Cisco Unity Connection as a solution step-by-step. You will learn how to install CUC in a virtual environment, integrating it with Cisco Unified CM for phones to receive voicemail, to setting up Unified Messaging with Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365 among other topics (seen under ‘Lessons’).
